By agreeing to board one of our hot-air balloons, you certify that you have read the following instructions and have informed your pilot of any relevant information.

Restrictions

The company is not qualified to judge the physical condition and fitness of passengers for flight. You cannot fly if you are suffering from a serious medical problem or have just undergone surgery. You may be asked to provide a certificate of no medical contraindication certifying your fitness to fly.

The following are not admitted to flights:

• Passengers weighing over 120kg
• Pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy)
• Children under six (6) years of age and less than 1.20m tall
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Anyone failing to report medical information that could compromise flight safety.
• Animals (even small ones)

 

Companions

For safety reasons, accompanying persons - with the exception of those required for the comfort of passengers - are not permitted.

are not allowed on the take-off fields. We may invite them to position themselves nearby to observe the take-off from a reasonable distance, if possible. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our take-off areas are privately owned land and fields, and are kindly lent to us. Apart from the obvious safety reasons, we don't want to disturb the peace and quiet of the owners and their neighbors any more than necessary.

 

Right from the start

• Long hair must be tied back
• Scarves must be knotted and tucked into your t-shirt so as not to protrude beyond the fabric.
• Backpacks, camera bags and large handbags are not allowed on board. You can leave them in our vehicles - which will follow us from start to finish.
• Smoking (cigarettes and vaporizers) is strictly prohibited in the vicinity of the balloons, and we ask you not to bring electronic cigarettes on board.
• Your phone must be set to airplane mode - or switched off - for the duration of the flight.
• Bring a small bottle of water and a cap (for evening flights).
