Incredible experience - absolutely magical Honestly one of the best experiences of my life - and I am not exaggerating... my daughter and I were kayaking on the Dordogne the day before and saw the hot air balloons above us. On a whim I booked for the following evening. I had a call immediately to say that the evening flight was cancelled due to the heat and expected lack of wind but that we could take the morning flight instead. An early start (we met at Castelnaud at 5.45am) but so very worth it - the team were professional and while I speak French they also spoke perfect English which was great for my 12 year old. Our pilot was friendly and welcoming, talked us through the safety guide and we were exceptionally lucky with the conditions. We floated above many of the well-known castles in the region and ascended just as the sun was coming up over the mist in the valleys. Fabulous and unforgettable experience, with breakfast laid on in a field upon landing - absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team who were professional, friendly and organised - it really has given us memories we will treasure. If you are in any doubt I would say: book this, you won't regret it. Clearly weather dependent but there is not much the team can do about that and we felt at all times that safety was their priority. Recommended 100%

Unforgettable moment Beautiful view of the valley, everything went well as planned. the aerosol maker Marina mastered the operations perfectly and showed pedagogy throughout the flight to explain all phases. We did not miss the absent sun. The landing was smooth without any jolts.The pilot's crews perfectly performed their various missions in an atmosphere, good child. Happy surprise on arrival: a breakfast was served and allowed to prolong discussions between participants. Experience to advise.

A magnificent experience, a great moment!!! We were lucky to have superb weather that day, especially since the first 2 mornings of the week weren't great! Thibault, our pilot at the top, very reassuring and great comments on what we discovered under our feet! A great landing, very smooth and after helping to stow the balloon, breakfast was offered to us. Thank you again for this superb moment, I plan to do it again next year 😊

Amazing Flight Anyone traveling to the chateaux area of France should take this incredible flight. The ride was so gentle and the views, breathtaking. It was my first flight on June 30, 2024. Flying in the evening, the colors are even more beautiful. It's a feast for the eyes. I'd like to thank the team, who gave us some exceptional moments of sharing and conviviality. 1064 meters above the cow floor, wow... one hell of a trip ... A flight so smooth, you forget you're so high up, the silence of the air, the sky and the sun... It's so good to be up there... Preparation for the flight, instructions, the flight, too short :)), we'll have to relive another one :)) ... landing, and repacking the balloon ... Thanks for the apero, boys, it's a much-appreciated little moment, very nice, it allows you to get to know the other passengers, I loved it... Everything was perfect and very interesting. Message from my mother and father-in-law who flew on the morning of July 1st : On July 1, my husband and I flew with MARCUS, assisted by his teammate. There are days when you touch perfection and the sublime. Everything was perfect...the organization, the kindness of everyone and the expertise....not forgetting the little attentions and details like breakfast after the flight. What's more, we were lucky enough to have extraordinary weather, with the play of mist and light in the marvellous setting of the Périgord, above the Dordogne and its castles. Many thanks.
