What are the weather conditions required to fly?

Calm and stable conditions are essential for a safe flight. If in doubt, a pilot may decide to cancel the flight.
There should be little wind (both on the ground and at altitude), no rain or thunderstorms (including within a 50km radius), moderate temperatures (no heat waves), and sufficient visibility (no heavy morning fog).
